Zumba – “Ditch the workout, join the party”

This class is the ultimate Latin-inspired dance workout! You are invited to the party! This class is a fun way to get in your cardio and muscle –toning while listening to great Latin and international music. Burn calories while doing the salsa, merengue, cumbia and more!

Tuesdays 7-8 p.m. at Studio 2

Saturdays 8-9 a.m.

 Zumba Toning – Thursdays 7-8 p.m. 

Kickboxing

Thursdays from 5-6 p.m. at Studio 2 

 

Cardio Hip Hop
