Project Innovate: A Performing Dance Company

 Project Innovate is the main performance company at Laurenzi Dance. It is composed of dancers that range in age from 10-18 who demonstrate exceptional skill and dedication. This group trains intensely and performs many times throughout the year. All dancers are selected by an audition process and are held to strict standards.

P.I.P.D.C.   .5

 P.I.P.D.C. .5 was created for dancers ages 9-14 who are ready for additional challenges in training and choreography. .5 is a midway point between Minis and Project Innovate.

P.I.P.D.C. Minis

 P.I.P.D.C. Minis was created for young dancers (ages 7-11) who want more from dance than just attending classes. This is a small version of a performance company where members learn the skill necessary to be a part of the main company and they increase in age and skill levels.

CRASH 

Looking for dancers with fierce stage presence and experience in a variety of hip hop styles and commercial/video dance. 

This group’s objective is to use today’s popular music and movements to connect with young people of all backgrounds by dancing with an intense, edgy, fierce, but unique style in the studio and on the stage.

 

Captivate

Captivate is comprised of a group of adult dancers whose goals are to educate and inspire through enticing performances for all the community to enjoy. Captivate strives to be a positive influence on today’s youth. All company members are ages 19 through 28 and are trained in dance with a strong emphasis in ballet and jazz dance.
